I ve had terrible experience at peora of travancore mall, due to the extremely arrogant and disrespectful behaviour of the staff, especially the store manager. She was absolutely rude and neglected us even when we entered the store and started displaying expressions at the other staff members mocking us. This is unacceptable since we have had wonderful experience at Peora previously in Lulu mall with such cooperative and pleasant staff members supporting our needs. Kindly take strict action since this isnt the first time we have faced this at this store from this particular staff member.

Hi All,

We bought necklace set and bracelet worth of 3950 on 23/01/202 and they said its silver with gold covered and with one year warranty.
Also there was 50% sales going on Jan month.So bought this items after discount @3950.
After single use the colour got faded and asked them in the shop ,it was kind of blame from their side saying that-we were cleaned the jewellery with something else other than cotton .Seriously got frustrated with their attitude and now they are not ready to do free service instead they are asking money for colouring the jewellery .

I request you all please do not fall for their words .Even their bill is not having any warranty period details.

To be honest ,road side items never ever fade for one time use ,if they say 6 months warranty they will do free service with in warranty period for any colouring or any other problems with the item.

I am really not sure how this shop got a place in MOT with a irresponsible attitude.

6 months back i got a silver bangle set(rosegold) with life time varanty for color from Peora at Mall of Travabcore, but got faded in one use. N they charged 200 for mantainance of the same with no guarntee in color n stone again. Looks Poor quality with no durablity n costly too. N i doubt whether its a silver. Foot path products stay longer than this. No more business with them.
