One of the best sweet spots in Trivandrum. Costly place. But it's worth it. In-house ice creams as well as waffle combos are lovely. They provide good cheesecakes. This is a cozy place. And the staff is gentle and warm. They assist you very patiently. One problem you could face is that they only have a limited space for parking. I went on a Sunday and the shop was crowded.

My over all experience is really bad. Sorry to say this.

I ordered a Japanese cheese cake. It’s very much tasted like an extra fluffy french toast with some powdery sugar topping. Very ordinary. Good. Not great. But the price is 220₹. It feels wrong at least for me.

Then the Mocha - Usually Mocha will have espresso at the bottom, followed by hot collocate, milk followed by whipped cream , then chocolate syrup for presentation. I got a 30 ₹ coffee with a chocolate syrup decoration. Seriously bro. I pay 140 ₹ not to drink from a paper cup that they give in lulu mall.

Just because everyone is rich here doesn’t mean we need to compromise on quality and set the price so high.

I can see so much positive ratings. Good for you. May be it only bothers me to eat and drink in paper plates after paying so much for an experience.

Visited Paul’s creamery in June 2023 ; a very nice place for exceptionally tasty waffles, ice creams and pastries. The pastries are very fresh and tasty, but slightly expensive. It is a very cozy place with limited seating. But you can always hang around outside. Good for family and friends’ groups.
