The bridge connects thamalam & pappanamcode, it is a very useful shortcut but heavy vehicles cannot pass through the bridge also there is a railway crossing on the way to thamalam

Small bridge. Easy landmark known to many.
At a time only 1 car / auto can pass. Many a times it is a major problem where vehicles need to wait for long time, when thamalam railway cross is opened after closure.
The bridge might overflow when it rains too heavily for a week or two continuously. Should have been made higher and broader.

Easy to reach poojappura via mudavanmugal through this way.
Usable only for light vehicles as it is narrow.
