I have visited Palaestra after visiting many physio therapy clinics. Here they observe us and make us perform the physio exercise correctly by ourselves. We can perform it at home also. Its all about learning to do the exercise properly. Palaestra helps on the same. The physiotherapist Dr Vinay is simply the best. He understands the clients conditions and give positive and creative suggestions than the conventional methods which are difficult to apply.

I visited palaestra because of my back pain. After just a few sessions with Dr. Vinay, I began to see significant improvements. Vinay then worked with me to develop a customized plan that included a range of exercises and stretches that targeted those areas. Over time, I noticed that my posture was improving and my back pain was reducing. I also appreciated Vinay’s friendly and supportive approach, which made each session enjoyable and effective. Overall, I would highly recommend Palaestra.

I approached Palaestra with a pain in my both elbows. I consulted the Physiotherapist Mr. Aravind. He observed me and found the basic problem which lead to the elbow pain.
After a three weeks of course, I am feeling far better. Thanks to Aravind.

The clinic is very clean and it has a small gym inside with all the equipments and machines which is neatly managed.
