Spacious rooms and courtyard. Ample covered parking space. Excellent ambience with beautiful lighting. All necessary amenities including a fully functional kitchen, fridge, washing machine, AC, and so on. Good hosts who are prompt to all needs. Comfortable stay. This place is 5.5 kms from Sri Padmanabha Swamy temple - a bit distant for morning peak hour darshans, but is nestled in a very calm and upmarket locality. Parking a big car can be a tad tricky - there is ample space but the approach portico is what will test your skills a bit - especially, whe you reverse your way out to the road. Very accommodative host and attendant - always there with a smile . ????

A good homestay place for staying in groups with family & children. It's an old house with 5 to 6 bedrooms with a.c & attached bathroom & toilet facilities. If a group prefers to cook their own food,then also full fledged kitchen is available with utensils. Situated one house next to actor Mohanlal's old house in mudavanmugal with a quiet atmosphere. Rent is also nominal & we can say, it's a home away from home.
