My stay was quite. The rooms were decent for the price.Paid the amount shown during booking. Check in and out was super smooth. The parking wasn't an issue during my stay. Could probably fit 7-9 cars in my guess and few motorcycles.

I have booked a room in this hotel for my parents. Paid full amount as mentioned in the “make my trip”However, the hotel management charged extra from my parents saying Rs- 1600 is there minimum. Well then advertise that amount man! Don’t play dirty to get customers. I have seen same complaints from different people and the owner replying to each review “we apologise for the inconvenience faced blah blah” and doing nothing to fix the issue. Same story happening again and again. Poor customers who don’t check reviews getting trapped again and again. Shame on you. Can’t give any less star.

The reception who is on duty on the morning doesn't have any manners.Usually if there is early check in they should only charge 30%, but here they charge 50%. I don't understand there logic. The staffs were really nice except the receptionist. The room was ok but the is no facilities to boast off, except the location and good view of akkulam lake. There is precisely nothing.
The rooms are ok that's it. The price of this property is being just shot up, i don't know why.
