Very pathetic experience in this hotel. Not at all suitable for families and ladies. Single entrance to the bar and the hotel, not at all secure. Very poor security services and hygiene issues. Even after mentioning to do room service to be done, they haven’t even entered the room, not at all value for money and not recommended. Their only focus is to promote bar and not providing hospitality to hotel clients.

Poorly maintained hotel with lack of adequate staff right from the parking, sorry to say the behavior and attitude of existing staffs

Horrible service ever got from an executive bar. Most of the beer or alcohol they don't have as mentioned on menu. Everytime the waiter has to get the drinks/food/bill from ground floor as none available in executive lounge.
Above all the price is way too high.
