I had purchased a tulasi green tea from their shop ,around 2/3 months back , and I am a regular customer of theirs ,after purchase I asked the sales person to give me the bill, then he said they don't give bill for small purchases, then I said govt is announcing all day and night through all media's for customer to take bill after any purchase, then he said he doesn't have time to listen to such things , then I asked him his name , he said he doesn't have a name. Such an insult, for me in front of my wife and son . Organic India like company , never addressed this issue, even though I had written to them about my very bad experience. So what can I do , stop purchasing their products. Very very bad attitude, from a company like organic India

Bought an expensive gift (big wooden box tea) with factory defect and they did not exchange for one that it was good because it was open even even if you need to open it to see the defect

I walked into the store for the first time yesterday and bought myself a Tulsi Honey Chamomile tea.There was only one person who handled both customer and billing.But he was quite well. The tea was magical for this price and you could feel it was of good quality just by the smell of it.I highly recommend.Will drop by soon.
