I had the pleasure of flying Oman Air from Dubai via Muscat to Bangkok on 6 Sep. I am generally not bothered by service levels on flights bearing in mind if you’re in economy you get the sort of treatment you’ve come to know. On this flight however, especially Muscat to Bangkok, the crew were phenomenal, genuine smiles, extremely nice and looked like they actually enjoyed their work. Both the 737 and 787 were spotless and looked fresh. The food was really good and tasty, you never wanted for anything as the crew came around before you felt you needed anything and my only regret is not having flown with them before. Well done Oman Air!

Worst carrier ever.. did a very big mistake by booking a journey from Doh to Trv with Oman Aiilines on 31 Aug 17. First they cooked us in a non AC flight from DOH to MCT and they grab my Cabin bag by saying no enough space in the cab and promised to deliver along with my other two baggages in my destination Port and when we reach TRV non of us in the flight were able to recieve our baggages as they failed load the same in the flight. After filing the compalint again they made an empty promise to deliver the bags On 02-09-17 and when i call them they simply says your baggages hasnt arrived yet. What a wonderful service.
