Staffs are very lazy. They aren't aware about the people. They uses mobile phone and talks to each other . Process is very slowly and inefficient. They threw our Certificate carelessly makes me angry . Also there were 10 counters but there was only 4 staff total. Receptionist comes and go when he like . Phone rang for than 10 times but he didn't mind that . We can't even react because our certificates are in their hand. The lady staffs give preference to the clients they know and they let them inside the counter and did their work in first preference. Feeling so sad for these things which make our country more inefficient. The only postive is they office and toilet are clean .

Certificate attestation process is not properly organised. Actual process takes less than 30 minutes but most of the time you will have to spend the whole day there. You are lucky if you are getting the first numbers in token.
