Worst experience from the owner of this parlour i had a marriage function on 31/08/2023 for which i made a booking(no advance given, they didn't demanded) almst by the beginning of august and i confirmed the same on previous day also she asked me to come around 8am in the morning.

On the day of occasion around 7:40 she caled and msgd me that she is not well and cant do my makeup i requested her for the staff she said they will not do, i said i dnt know any parlour as m new to the place kindly refer me someone she refused for that help and disconnected my cal.

Very rude, impolite and unprofessional lady.
Sorry to say like this, am a Doctor and i know how a fever starts so if she had any symptoms she should have msgd in the midnight/early morning regarding the cancellation i wwould have got enough time to search some other but this behavior was completely unacceptable as a normal costumer

I did facial, haircut and threading the first time I visited and the experience was good. Specially the facial massaging is very soothing.
