Since 2018 I have been attending every year the classes of Institute of Nirvana Yoga. I am very happy I discovered them, as I came all the way from Romania in search of an authentic Ashram that teaches true knowledge. I was lucky to come to Thapovanam Siddhashram where I found the most wise, loving, kind and carring people, the disciples of His Holiness Guru Madhavacharyan. Since I started practicing Nirvana Yoga, I didn't feel the need to practice any other system, because no other system that I tried before can compare with Nirvana Yoga system. Guruji is the true source of knowledge, everything I needed to know in my spiritual journey was provided at the right time. My life change completely, but the change was more on the inside, which for me was the most important thing. This year I attended the online classes and I was very impressed by the way the course was organized. They are very professional in all the aspects of a Teacher Training program, in terms of the syllabus, the practical classes, the doubt clearing sessions. The teachers were very dedicated and patient with us, they really wanted us to aquire the knowledges at a deeper level of understanding. I recommend the course to everyone who is in search of true and authentic knowledge!

I feel very happy and satisfied to have joined this yoga class. Doing yoga practice have enable me to start a day with pleasent and positive mind and to be energetic in the whole day. The sessions help me to control my stress. Thank you to the whole team and special thanks to my trainer.

Excellent. I had joined for online yoga class. The classes were very easy to understand and helpful. These classes helped me get more concentration and made my mind calm.
