Sreekaryam Nilgris security personnel at the entrance of the shop lacks a conciliatory attitude towards the customers.They are supposed to maintain a helpful demeanour towards each of the customers. The security guard should remain congenial and provide guidance. Since security guards are often a person’s first experience with visiting a shopping centre, they’ll want to make sure they represent the best the business has to offer.

Very organized so it's convenient shopping for groceries and cleanliness. They need to work on the amount of counters that are present because it gets too slow to check out once there's even a bit of a crowd.
