I bought a color bar lipstick worth 850 on 26/03/22.
I completely trusted the staff, so I didn’t check the use by date when they handed over the package . The expiry date of the product is just 2 months away. I can’t even return is am too far away from there. This is quite disgusting.

They are taking advantage of the trust we have in them.

Very pooor costomer service… i don’t remember the costomer executives… Name ….. But they really don’t know how to treat costomers….. I trialled and confirmed a marooon shade of lipstick from colorbar and she packed a brown shade … wen i recognised and mentioned the same she disagreed and asked me to look into some lipstick available for 100 rupees…. Stating indirectly that im just cooking up something to not buy from there… just to showoff infront of other costomers…. Kindly replace these staffs or Give them some proper training.. How to handle ppl who is coming to buy product… will never again buy product from this place bcz of this Women
