We went there for some costumes on super short notice. The owners were very friendly and helped us in whatever way they could to find the right costumes. They even went out of their way by making some last minute alterations to the costumes for us. Prices were reasonable as the costumes and props as well as the service were superb. 100% will visit again.

Worst customer service.. Forced to put comment as our team mates were mentally down after the "so called good words" (read it as bad language) by the owner / people in nayanas.
Please don't visit the shop even if you din get costumes anywhere else.

Never seen such an arrogant and harsh person in my entire life experience. Although they have wide variety of costumes and props, most of them are made of cheap quality with mere cardboards and thermocols with water paints. And they rent them out at the price similar to the original quality products. All above this, the behaviour and talks of the lady is so so rude and harsh. She literally said " I don't bother about customers, I daily have thousands of them. I have no need for you to come again". I would suggest never to go there for a deal. Its total loss of our self respect and honour.
