Very poor service. No proper system to serve customers. I waited more than 2 hours to get an eye test for license. But I was forced to quit as there were no response from the staff. I withdraw my application form without a refund. Shame on you guys as I get it done in a nearby(100m) clinic in 20 mins.

It was fantastic to recieve a reply from the owner very very quickly ???? (after 20 months). And happy to know that they are ready to investigate the issue after such a long period and MAY BE refunding my money.????????????

Worst customer care. I purchased a specs from here and it has poor quality and faulty power. I returned it for correcting the power and they took more than 10days to provide me new specs. Also they talk rudely when I called to enquire about when I'll be getting back my specs.

It takes about 3 hours just to see the doctor.
