It was a good experience. I was able to see lots of cool stuff. They display countless animals from bones of elephant and whales to tiny sea urchins and birds. Not only animals they also did display various models about our culture, geology and much more. Entry fee is only 30/adult.

This was one of the best experience to visit Natural History Museum, having collection of original skeleton of elephant, Homosapion skeleton

Natural History Museum in Trivandrum has specimens of wild animals and birds.
Entry fee 30Rs. Located at the heart of the city. This museum was started in 1885. There is a good natural history museum inside the zoo complex. It was renovated in 1964 with a good collection of ethnographic items. The skeletons of animals and the stuffed and preserved animals and birds are very good for learning. The well stocked library is a major attraction to knowledge seekers to various facts.
