Good service, we traveled to and fro from Bangalore to trivendrum in their AC sleeper bus.
The bus was neat and clean, blankets, and water bottles provided. This bus also has a mobile charging facility
Bus was only 30 mins delay due to traffic and reached 30 mins late as expected
Bus didn't stopped for dinner at night while coming back, and no washroom stops in the morning
We boarded from Thampanoor trivendrum, they don't have office thier bus stops at Rtt hub near the junction

The give you call in the morning to confirm and bus tracking is good

I would recommend this bus but aware of food and washroom stops

Very pleased with their services. We traveled out of state and booked an AC sleeper bus. The bus is very clean and they keep you updated at every step before departure including reminders through sms and calls. Will definitely recommend.

Worst Staff behaviour. I traveled on16th October 2023 from Bangalore to kerala, bus number was KA51AF1911. I don’t know whose names. They make me trouble even at pick up time and dropping location too…
My dropping location was Kazhakuttom Trivandrum. But they dint give stop at kazhakuttom and went on fly over . Along with me, 1 female and male passengers were there. They also suffered. When I ask to driver, he scolded badly and came to beat me. Is this the way of staff’s behaviour of murahara travels???? Expecially at dropping points staff should help to customers but here, I felt worst experience Please rectify who were there in bus that time and kick out them to get good names from customer side.
