Tried their McSwirl icecream. It was affordable and yummy. Tried at their Lulu mall Outlet Trivandrum. Cone with white cream and then outer is covered with chocolate ????

One Star for the irresponsible staff and sluggish behaviour. Went there at 10.15 with family and asked for 2 buckets of chicken. The billing staff asked that it would take some time and i will have to wait. I was ready to wait and said yes. He went in and came out with some other fellow and said they cannot make it as the restaurant closes at 11. This happened at 10.15. The person who has taken franchise please make sure that you appoint staff who actually takes the effort to retain customers and not shoo them away like pests. Not coming back to this outlet again.
