Maya Yoga Center is an excellent option for anyone trying for fitness, improving flexibility, and relieving stress. I joined the class a few months ago. It was my first exposure to yoga and it has been a very satisfying experience. Yoga made me work with my own body and push myself further.

Maya teacher pays individual attention to people in the class. She is very observant and constantly checks your positioning. She lets you know how far to go in a pose if you have any injuries, which is really helpful.

I would definitely recommend Maya Yoga Center to anyone interested in taking up yoga.

One of the best health investment i have ever done was to join here. The tension-release that we feel in different parts of our body and the refreshment of our mind after each session makes us feel extremely calm. Major benefits-positivity,peace,flexibility and weight loss. Maya aunty is someone who cares for her students like a mother, pushes us to do our best in yoga, is an awesome individual and we will always feel at home there. 10/10 would recommend.

I have been taking classes with Maya Yoga Centre since 2018 and I cannot stress enough on how it has truly changed my life. Ms. Maya ensures that each person is given individual attention in a group class whether it be online or onsite. If you're looking for a genuine and committed place to practice Yoga, then Maya Yoga Centre is the place to be. Highly recommended!
