It is located at the Loyola Sreekariyam campus. To be exact, in the Loyola College of social sciences. I have been going to the chapel for over a year now. Daily holy mass at 6.30 am. From my experience, the holy mass would be offered daily except the Maundy Thursday, Good Friday and Holy Saturday, when you are expected to visit your parish church. The chapel, unlike the modern-day magnificence, is a simple construction which would be of interest to architecture students as it was designed and built by the very famous Laurie Baker. For the same reason, i.e., the simple design may also create dislike in many, especially the elders, where it varies from the usual design.

Incredibly enriching experience. Nestled within the heart of Trivandrum, this hidden gem is a true haven for those seeking solace and spiritual reflection.
As I entered the chapel, I was immediately struck by the magnificent architecture and the profound sense of reverence that permeated the space. The high vaulted ceilings, adorned with intricate stained glass windows, allowed ethereal light to cascade down, creating a captivating play of colors and shadows.
The chapel's interior exuded a sense of simplicity and elegance, with rows of polished wooden pews inviting visitors to take a moment for personal reflection and meditation. The altar, adorned with delicate flowers and candles, served as a focal point, radiating a profound sense of devotion.
The chapel's surroundings are equally breathtaking, with beautifully manicured gardens and peaceful walkways. The serene environment provided a perfect backdrop for contemplative walks or moments of quiet introspection.
Whether you are a religious devotee, a seeker of inner peace, or simply an admirer of architectural beauty, Loyola Chapel is a must-visit destination. It offers a spiritual journey that transcends denominations and touches the core of the human soul.
My time at Loyola Chapel was an experience I will always cherish, and I highly recommend anyone visiting Trivandrum to take a moment to bask in its serene ambiance. Prepare to be captivated, uplifted, and inspired as you embark on a profound spiritual journey within these hallowed walls.
