The experience was great .... I bought two Ajanta clocks, both became slow in a month, gave it for repair as under warranty, both were repaired for free and working fine ever since ... Also, my parents went for a watch chain size reduction, which was also done for free ...overall happy with customer dealings, friendliness of lady staff and prompt response n process ...

One of the oldest Watch dealers in Thiruvananthapuram. Good service and staff were courteous & helpful right from the Security person. He directed me to the right floor, based on my purpose of visit. Service centre staff Aswathy was of great help. The place is not as 'posh' looking as expected of a dealership showcasing Top brands.
