An honest and deliberate review:

The Onamsadya this year was extremely disappointing. Also embarrassing for those who trusted your service and booked it on behalf of multiple people in their respective families. Not on a personal occasion that too, but on Onam of all days in the year.

Not only was the meal unfulfilling and incomplete, the parippu was stale and smelled foul as well. Let alone the poor catering, there were meals charged and not even delivered to the given addresses. I cannot speak for others, but the mismanagement on your end has ruined this year’s Onam Sadya for everyone in our family.

I urge you to discontinue your services temporarily until you’re able to keep up with the demand and ensure quality service. It is absolutely shameful that you’ve unapologetically charged everyone for the meal, and raised no verbal apology or monetary compensation in return. This kind of attitude on an occasion like this is extremely distasteful and unacceptable.

Since zero stars are not available giving one star to them. Pathetic food! pathetic service! We have ordered our Onam sadya with Kitchen fresh this year. They haven’t delivered Sambar and Pappadam along with the package. When we contacted they said they will deliver it in 10
minutes. But no one turned up and not even responded to our calls.

Coming to the items they delivered, Parippu tasted bland so was Pulissery. None of the items seemed fresh too!

Unbelievably irresponsible! Ordered Onasadhya from them and they missed to include items like Sambar and Pappadam. When I called them, they took my address and promised to deliver it in 10 mins. No one called or delivered after that. It was so embarrassing in front of my guests. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THEM. They don’t know what they are doing and the management is dismal.
