Not customer friendly and bordering on dishonest. Sold me an item which I was told I could take back if not required. Realized at home that the box looked a bit battered i.e. the item had possibly been opened before. My mistake for not having been more careful when buying. Took it back but owners wife was very arrogant and refused return, blaming it on me. Attitude when selling me the item was very different, possibly knowing fully well that it was a used item. Never shopping here again. Lots of other options available and a quick glance at other reviews here shows I am not alone in having experienced pathetic customer service at this shop.

Nice place for kids shopping. Good collection of toys. But available dress selection is not that good. Staffs are very friendly. Nice location with parking availability. Items , especially the toys and accessories are little over priced. No negotiation encouraged.

Very bad behavior from the owner. Such an arrogant
seller. Never ever visit this place.Selling defective products and not ready to give exchange. I still can't believe such type of vendors still exist during this pandemic time. Such an arrogant owner and wife who doesn't want to
listen to customer needs.We customers should really stop buying from these kind of vendors who have attitude and
doesn't know the value of customers.
