I had a pleasant time at Kerala Ayurvedic health care , learning basic ayurvedic theories and techniques , besides having a good time with people from different countries that I met there . The remarkable thing in that institution was the seriousness and punctuality in the schedule of the courses , practical sessions , meals , cleaning , as well as the humbleness and kindness of the teachers , administrators and the whole staff .

It was such a nice time in Kerala Ayurvedic Health Care. I came twice in less than 6 months and learned best kept ayurvedic secrets from there. Super friendly staff and always offering the best for my stay. Specially Pancha karma and Marma teachers were excellent.
