Well first and foremost their customer service was absolutely superb! We were not really sure what we would like to do and our agent and his staff were very, very helpful with ideas and suggestions, since they frequently spent time there themselves. The itinerary the provided was full but not to busy that you didn't get any down time to shop or what have you. In my own perspective, I would without a doubt give this company a solid 30 on a scale of 1 to 10. They were spectacular from start to finish, right down to all the little details that were a very pleasant surprise. Simply superb... ????

Had gone for a family trip to munnar for which I reached out to Kattan Kappi tours. Must say, you were spectacular from start to finish, right down to all the little details.
The stay you arranged was excellent and so were the tour guides .. All were very amicable and efficient to the core. When I signed up with the agency we never knew that we were in for a memorable trip. Thank you.
