Medicines are available at a much discounted price. The only disadvantage is the long waiting period. The best time to purchase medicines to avoid the rush would be after 10 pm and before 7 am.

Be ready for a long wait as the queue here is comparitively long (Better to go between 8 pm to 930 pm). Most medicines are available but stock gets depleted sooner than expected.
