Staff with no proper behaviour and customer service. On 10 Nov, I was traveling from Kottayam to Trivandrum and need to attend a meeting at 1030. While boarding the train at Kottayam, one of my shoe for damaged and useless. So on reaching, first thing I need is to buy a shoe. On reaching Trivandrum, I was suppose to go to Pattur and found this shop on the way. I bought one pair weinbrenner. I asked the staff where is the duest bin and they informed that they don't have. Since I need to wear the new pair and throw out the one shoe I was wearing, i asked whether they can get a packing for my old shoe so that I can carry, they refused to pack, and asked me to pay Rs 6 in case I need. It was a surprise for me they suppose to pack my new shoe.
I will never body a Bata showroom and buy their product in future.

hush puppies is an iconic brand, but this showroom has less collection. I brought my shoe from brand factory

Aswome place to buy some quality products.Hush Puppies the brand itself is enough.shop is near to Jayalekshmi and opposite of SMV School.brought one chappal 2 years back.still strong no damages nothing.i am using that regularly still very good. Price is bit up due to the brand and quality. But worth for the money.Reccomended
