I fail to understand why people are bickering about this place. My cousin and I had stayed here at the totally hectic time of Pongala. Our rooms' ac wasnt working and we immediately got a different room despite the busy hours. The staff was extremely supportive and warm, not to mention the extend they go to make us comfortable. Keep up the great work team!!!! The food is also fresh and delicious....

Located near the overbridge bus stop. I tried their porotta and chilly chicken. I must say, the porotta was simply delightful - it was fluffy and crisp, just the way I like it. However, the same cannot be said for the chilly chicken. The dish was average and consisted of only 4-5 pieces. In my opinion, it wasn't worth the money I paid, which was around 160.

To complement my meal, I ordered a cup of tea. Unfortunately, it turned out to be one of the worst-tasting teas I have ever had. It was a letdown, to say the least.

On the bright side, the restaurant itself was clean, and the ambiance was average. The service, on the other hand, took some time as I was the only customer present. Nevertheless, the washroom and wash area were well-maintained.

I also noticed a parking board outside the restaurant, which suggests that they have a dedicated parking space. This makes it easily accessible for those arriving by car.

All in all, while the porotta was a standout dish, the rest of the experience was average at best. If you're in the area and looking for a quick bite, Hotel City Tower might be worth a visit, but don't expect anything too extraordinary.

A very average room ... Quality not that great ... But good for 1/2 night stay ... Try to avoid staying with family....
It's ok for boys not for family or girls... For there own safety.
