Located at Kaimanam junction, next to Yamaha Showroom(Sivaji Autos), opposite Ambadi Tower complex. Parking is hard here, as they have no space of their own and location is a busy area. Seating area is less, around 4 tables only available. Staff members were polite and friendly. Had a ghee roast and a coffee. Ghee Roast(55 rupees) was decent with good sambar and spicy coconut chutney. Coffee(15 rupees) could have been a bit more strong, but was OK. The area could have been a bit more clean, especially the washrooms. Overall, for a quick and cheap bite if you are travelling along this route, this place is OK.

1. Food: Vegetarian options are only available. Budget friendly hotel. Food is average.
2. Service: I think the hotel is run by a family, and they do the service. So it takes some time to service the food.
3. Ambiance: Not so spacious, a maximum of 4 tables are available.
4. Parking: Close to the road, road side parking is available.
5. Cleanliness: The hotel is somewhat clean. But the wash area is not clean. The washroom is always closed.
Recommended only if you are looking for food within a small budget.
