Cancellation of appointment from the doctor's side was not intimated properly and caused a good deal of inconvenience. Had to travel all the way there for nothing just because the staff didn't inform that the appointment was cancelled. They had send booking confirmation and reminders via text messages but there was none regarding the cancellation and the reply from the staff was "we only try to call for informing about cancellation and don't send messages". What is the point of sending reminders in the morning if you are trying to call and inform that you are cancelling it at the same time.
Then again, I don't know what more to expect from a place where the staff in the reception were packing medicine in the open area while talking and handling the reception.

Extremely impressed with the experience..

Doctor is extremely caring that the patients feels very comfortable right from the beginning... experience from therapist is equally nice since their behaviour is very professional..result of the treatment is highly convincing.

My experience with Homeopathic care is really good. Dr. Kannan approach is really different and he motivates a lot to overcome from the sickness. He is really experienced doctor and clearly understand the condition of the patients and know how to treat it.
