Worst experience. I have been associating with HLL branch either at Kowdiar or Peroorkada for the past 5 years. Recently a new phenomena occurs. Whenever i give my blood for cbc ( usually in the evening i get the result) on Saturdays the report doesn't get ready. I have to submit it the next day ie on Sunday. It becomes ready only after 10 am on Sunday. However when i enquire will I get it in the evening, they used to say you will get it in your WhatsApp. But for the past 4 weeks continuously it never happens. Any fraud in this foul players ? Anyway this was my final attempt.No more with HLL. Good bye.

This lab is a HLL Lifecare Limited's initiative. This lab works 24 hrs. Reasonable charges and professional staff's are there advantages.

My sister faced a very bad experience with HLL Dental iDentiti. Dr. Sivakumar is running this clinic. He is not always available. 1 or 2 days a week in the evening only available. Other times doctor's practicing students are available, they do not do any treatments, they only do cleaning teeth and notify in paper about patients' issues. After starting treatment it is very difficult to get appointments due to doctor availability issues.

And the other big issue is HLL is not directly running this clinic. Dr.Sivakumar took a franchise and he is running this clinic. So HLL never take any responsibility. Dr.Sivakumar is running another private clinic in Nemom, Trivandrum named Dental iDentiti. He is referring to his private clinic to most of the patients for taking extra money from patients. At the middle of the treatment he was forced to come to his private clinic at Nemon if need an appointment.

Ask long term treatment patients in this clinic. Then you will understand his business mind.
