Nice places with a new twist.Probably the only place in the city which makes fresh ice cream with nitrogen. The best part is it's very light and doesn't feel too heavy nor too sweet. Will definitely be visiting again. A place one should definitely try out.

Here is my analysis of their Cheesy masti shawarma, Pot Sarbath and Red-velvet Falooda.

At long last, I paid a visit to the FALOODA FACTORY, a miniature falooda and shawarma outlet along the Vellayambalam-Sasthamangalam Road.

They claim to be supplying the signature shawarma in Lebanese kuboos, and keenly advertise their faloodas too. The owner of the outlet came running to us and invited us in.

The frontage of the outlet is just a 4ft wide fascia which squirms a 2ft wide entrance and a 2ft wide shawarma rotisserie kiosk. Within the outlet is a squeezed in space of just a teeny-tiny partitioned kitchenette, a crammed seating space for just 8 people, and a shawarma counter up front. Really baking inside, the fans do little justice to the internal temperature. The heat from the shawarma counter too keeps pouring in.

All flaws, I ordered their CHEESY MASTI SHAWARMA of MRP Rs 90. I took them just 5 minutes to roll my my order and it was presented to me. It tasted good, but didn’t have the WOW factor that the entrepreneur was flaunting. Furthermore, it was soaked and dripping oil, which is not characteristic of shawarmas.

I wasn’t going to miss the Falooda. Red-velvet was my favorite pastry flavor and I found a falooda variant of it. For Rs 190, the RED-VELVET FALOODA came to me in a long-glass, which contained few powdered crumbs of red-velvet cake, strawberry ice-cream, corn-flakes, milk and syrup additives. It tasted nothing like I imagined and nowhere near the piquancy of red-velvet. I enjoyed it assuming it is just a strawberry milkshake with ice-cream, and it was just good enough that way.

Finally, I ordered the POT SARBATH for an MRP of Rs 90, because it looked seemingly fancy and attractive to me. I got a cold mud-pot of 300ml. It had a layer of cornflakes on top, which was an anomalous improvisation. Underneath was a thick custard with cut fruits within. The classic taste of Sarbath was absent from the mix. Again, I ate it satisfyingly, assuming it is a custard fruit salad.

Bottom-line?- The store is passably sufficient for a quick snack and a refreshing dessert, with hopes not held high.

Excellent..I like it very much..and very tasty and yummy..and you will get things in a less waiting of time.. nice interior but space is not enough for group...
