Get ready for STRONG medications and serious money for blood tests. Steroid based medicines! Be aware what you are getting into. Appointments are a joke!!! Getting medicine from the pharmacy takes ages!! Have to wait 30 minutes+ for pharmacy procedure alone. Could have kept a coffee machine for those waits for long hours.

Happy to share a very pleasant experience I had at IRIS, Trivandrum. My mother was suffering from pain throughout her body and was being treated by multiple doctors but with no relief. A friend of mine suggested to consult Dr Vishad saying that he is an expert in diagnosing difficult diseases. I scheduled an appointment with Dr Vishad at IRIS the following week. My initial experience was a bit disappointing as we joined a large waiting crowd. We were initially seen by a physician who made a thorough record of her complaints and examined her in detail. There was another waiting for half an hour before we could meet Dr Vishad. We were expecting a grumpy elderly person but we were in for a surprise. Despite the large crowd of patients he had already seen, he remained very pleasant and positive. He patiently listened to my mother and did a thorough examination. We were told that she could be suffering from a muscle disease and he ordered a single blood test to confirm his suspicion. We were also told that if the test comes positive, a more comprehensive evaluation would be required. We gave the test and got the results in one and half-hours’ time. The test came positive. It was not a surprise for us as we were already convinced of his skills. A problem which had been unsolved for more than 6 months found a solution in a couple of hours at IRIS. Further he ordered a more detailed evaluation to assess the severity and spread of the disease and started on treatment the same day. Two weeks now on treatment, my mother shows remarkable improvement in her symptoms. All thanks to Dr Vishad and IRIS team, we will be indebted forever. I think no other doctor makes such good diagnosis as Dr Vishad.

Treatment is awesome, but worse experience from reception. They don't know how to treat customers in a private hospital. Their rude and aggressive behaviour reminds a public health center of 1990s. They won't allow us to tell anything.they didn’t understand anything. assement room siting in reception staffs cheap behavior like zero rate.

They not following appointments time. Then y they booking appointments.
