I had a starting balding problem in the crown area. The treatment I had was Grow Hair Therapy and it showed result in the 5th sitting itself. The customer service was commendable with special mention to hair therapist Gowri who was very thorough and attentive throughout the therapy and Mathew who was very diligent in his instructions. I definitely recommend the clinic to people with hairfall issues.

When I clicked on Dr.Batra’s it directly ask for call and I called, one guy said it’s working today and I said to book for my daughter, he asked me to pay online 199 or at clinic it’s 450 rupees and I said I will pay at clinic. He said to reach by 11:45 am and in very hot climate I drove my scooter for 7 km and reached near PRS hospital (online route also showed same) with my 11yrs old child and the building he said close by PRS and the location took me to a residential area where there is no clinic at all. And I called to the same number another guy said there is no doctor today. I was so exhausted and my Sunday totally got spoiled. This location was shared in my What’s app and after I reached there I checked the What’s app it’s written no doctor today. How these people can cheat and trouble people like this. Each time different people are answering calls.. seems very weird. A hospital is running a call Center to cheat people. Because I said I will write review, many calls started coming to apologise. No scarcity for that.

I visited here with severe hair fall and dandruff.... Doctor explained me about my hair problem very clearly... And i started took medication. After 3 months the result was amazing..... Thank you dr Batra's homoeopathy
