I went there with my faulty watch that company service center rejected due to nonavailabilty of parts....I thought they couldn't fix it ..But, they fixed At a reasonable rate....They have very good knowledge About the intricate technology of watches...

Horrible experience....no collection old products like antique ..... Fraud shop.... Don't go and waste your money ..... First of all a salesman gave duplicate Fast track product..."Fast track" Or smtng.... I noticed it after reaching home. So i rush back to the shop nearly 15 km from my home and askd abt it. They apologize and gave us a Fast track watch.... It's been only 3 mnths and the watch has been stoppd wrkng 2 times....This was the third time and now we contact direct fast track customer care.....and now we came to know that the company has stopped this particular item 10 years ago.... The shop keeper is faking the warranty card itself.... So not fair
