Body shop is making fool of the customers. They are not worried about customers. They first ask you to join membership programme by paying an amount with assurance that you will get reward point or discount for every purchase. Later when you come they say 20 % discount only for new memberships of that day. No discount for existing members. Shameless attitude.

Staffs are good I felt, but the product stocking is poor. Had to buy 3 perfumes which are 8 months old from the mfd. That is pretty a long gap. Paying nearly 1000 above for a 30 ml bottle. Atleast it should come within 3-6 months from mfd. It's a fair need i feel.
