Their service is beyond words.. My family and I personally suggest them for any trip.. that will be definitely a memorable one in your life.. We had an amazing vacation at Thailand with their service.. I thank Ms Shiji and Mr Gaurav for arranging me a very special family trip within a short span of time..

Worst experience from the staff in Trivandrum. My son still waiting for the Visa which is submitted over 3 weeks.

They arranged a trip to singapore for us . Hotels were booked at the last moment inspite of advance payment. So none of the hotels promised were available. The so called "3 star hotel " , Hotel orchard Chancellor was very poor in all aspects. The 3 rooms we paid for were not available.
The itinary was changed hours before our flight, which we came to know about only after we stated off.
Arooha is not sensitive to the clients needs. They care 2 hoots about making their cleints wait for hours together in the lobby. We had to wait in the lobby for 5 hours on day 1. Inspite of telling them that we were willing to pay for early check and late check out, they refused to arrange the same. They told us to do it by ourselves.
The representative taking to me refused to make the corrections needed, due to their irresponsible last minute booking.
No proper guide was arranged. The same was not informed too.
If you going on a holiday to rest and have fun with Arooha,, check your itinary and research on all hotels they claim to book and check the number of hours they arrange for you to waste sitting in the lobby.
