I visited this beaty parlour around 3.15pm for a deal purchased via Entedeal app. Before visiting, few days back I spoke to Ansbel herself few days back and she asked me to come to Statue location on Sunday or Monday after 2pm.
When i reached the parlour, they right away said they cant do any service now, as they are about to close. As per the entedeal voucher, the parlour is open from 9:00 or 10:00 am to 6:00 pm in the evening. I mentioned that and they said, this location closes at 5pm, where i arrived at 3.15pm they are saying all this to me. I told them I don't need a bleach and threading.

Finally they made me wait and called up the owner and took another 10 mts to get the setup ready.

They offered me Facial and Hair spa. Both the services were good for the money paid via the deal. They rushed me for hair spa almost when my pack was getting dried up.

The Facial and the hair spa was good for the work they did. That is the only plus.

I didnt like the hair cut, just because they asked me to standup. This is my 1st experience of a hair cut this way. For the hair cut, they made me stand and I had to hold the cloth piece around my neck and the lady was cutting my hair.

So they basically don't value Customer or their time, they do what they please. The owner and the staff are never in sync.

I will not recommend this beauty parlour to anyone, unless they look into the issues I mentioned.
