Very poor customer service. The two girls who are there is full of attitude. Dear Anez sir, do you really intend to sell your products over there?? Or is it a shop that is just opened to employ two ladies who are even lazy to open there mouth and say something to the customers. Please appoint some smart ones who can interact with the customers. Another important thing is that I purchased for about 10k and they said they can't accept the card becoz the machine is not working. They said it very rudely without any apology as if it was our fault. Pathetic service..I had heard many complaints with the staffs over there, still there is no change with the attitude.

Hii Anez sir , Im sending this message to bring this to your notice that the customer service in the tvm shop is really pathetic. Yesterday i came with my friend there. The shop have very good collection of products, but the attitude of the staffs is really pathetic. They really dont like to talk to customers about anything in the shop. This is the second time im facing this issue with the same staffs. The attitude of the staffs spoil our mood to purchase something from there. If you really want the shop to exist then please cut off these kind of lazy staffs. They are not intrested to interact or give details or even show the products in the shop. Its really very sad.
