This restaurant is located 200 meters away from Regional Institute Of Opthalmology, Airport Road, Thiruvananthapuram.

Though it is just one and half month old restaurant still it will take a little more time to get 5*s.

Food options were less on the day of our visit. Unfortunately, the huge take-away order on this particular day made us to relish with one round of food. So, we were unable to order extra food.
I hope the restaurant will be alert next time to satisfy both the customers who take food outside and who have it inside.

The shortage of bearers linger on-time service.

Quality of Food:
The quality of food served is tasty & delicious especially the taste of cardamom tea will float between the taste buds for long time.

Note:
Strictly, the bearers should wear decent outfits because we came across two bearers serving by wearing low-hip bottom and torn pants.

Overall, it will be one of the good restaurants in future, if they rectify the above mentioned errors.

Disappointed with the visit.

We waited for more than 10 minutes for someone to reach us for taking the order. And when we asked for the options for lunch only meals and Biriyani was available.

We ordered Biriyani.
It was a very ordinary biriyani but priced exorbitantly high Rs 180!!!!
The pricing should be proportional to the dish served, the service, the ambience. The space is huge inside the restaurant but not furnished well. Some non esthetically put chairs and tables. The restaurant didn't had any lights switched on. The restaurant was not air-conditioned. Has some 3-4 guys(not in restaurant attire) running all around for taking orders, serving them, billing, parcelling..

We also had parcel in our order, but they didn't have any cover for us.

On our Rs600 bill, they discounted Rs 20 for us, I am unsure why. Is it because the service was delayed, or is it because of any power shortage, or is it because they didn't have any cover to provide for our parcel.. I don't know..

Lot of improvements needed.
Hope they will.

Biriyani was rice mixed with curry and rate is extreme. Chicken and rice not cooked well , such a bad experience.????????
