Very unfortunate behavior of management. Even though, I am a regular customer of Allen solly, I didn't experience such a bad behavior from any of the branches across Kerala. They don't even altered the clothes for free for Allen Solly customers whereas I received such a free services from all other branches in Trivandrum (MG Road, MOT & Lulu mall branches)

I work here as manager in Pattom Allen Solly, this review is for the explanation of the comments done by of our customer, who purchased a product from Allen Solly online store and as per our terms and conditions, any alterations should be done through a Allen Solly COMPANY STORE, where as that person who altered a product from our nearest Louis Philippe store and asked us to pay the *Fee, as far as Pattom Allen Solly is a Franchise store we don’t have a personal tailor in our store, if available we would’ve done the requirement, because we know and we follow the rule that CUSTOMER IS OUR FIRST PRIORITY. It’s shown as some personal intentions for defaming the store, the above negative review regarding the *ALTERATION Process !!
We’re not saying that we’re the best store in the country but believe it or not, honesty is the best policy and I believe that all of us follow the same, THANKYOU.

When I visited this showroom for alterations, they don't provide that service for free. They don't believe that,costumers have the right to get proper services that they deserved.
