Don't trust this agency. Tour director "Arun" absconded after collecting 55k for our Thailand trip(me n my wife). Neither our phone calls were picked nor communicated with us. He would simply ask for money and never picks your phone once he gets the money. Fake!!! He cheated us!!! Don't trust!!

Fraud agency. Arun S Nair, a big cheater took more than seven lakhs rupees from college students group for tour. While the group planning to check out from hotel, the authorities are reported that Arun didn't pay anything to hotel. Later the students paid themselves the rent. The incident was happened on 22 feb 2020. Please look details in News Paper. Don't go with these cheating people.

I would never recommend Aditya Destinations, especially after the unpleasant experience that we got during our recent Malaysia-Singapore trip. Listing a few out of the many instances-the main highlight being the last one.

We got the early omen at the Trivandrum airport where the official asked for the hotel booking confirmation which the agent had not provided yet. We tried reaching Arun, but the mobile was switched off. The airport official let us in mentioning that it is absolutely necessary at the Malaysian airport and without which we can't clear the immigration check. Even at the boarding counters, we were trying continuously to reach Arun. Finally our call got answered and he arranged a confirmation message. This message was checked at the Malaysian immigration desk.

The travel plan mentioned that the breakfast, lunch and dinner were included. But in Malaysia, the lunch was not provided and even worse in Singapore, the breakfast and lunch we had to pay. Even the complimentary breakfast option was not checked when he booked the hotel online.

The travel from Malaysia to Singapore in bus- Just on the previous night of the Malaysia to Singapore journey the bus ticket was sent and this covered only 3 passengers (Note: Almost all the tickets were provided at the last moment). We were 4- me, my husband and 2 kids. Instead of having a good sleep, we had to keep on trying till midnight to get Arun on call and finally he arranged the 4th ticket. On reaching Singapore, since it was late, the night Safari trip which the kids were eagerly waiting for got dropped.

I would have ignored all the other instances if not for this last one. I am particularly adding this review to highlight this instance. On the day 4 of our trip, we got a message from the Singapore contact that all the rest of the sight seeing for day 5 and the cab facility to airport stands cancelled. The reason he gave was that our agent (Arun) had not paid his dues to this agent. So he cannot further support us. His calls were not being answered by Arun. So we were asked to contact Arun and if he pays, then only the rest of the trip will be supported. We tried to reach Arun. Our calls were not answered and we forwarded the message that the Singapore agent had sent. The final message that we got from Arun was to give him 20K more which he will return on the next day. This was the limit as we had already paid him the full amount. So we contacted the Singapore agent directly, paid him the amount that he asked for (10K was what he demanded) and completed the trip. Arun did not even give a call or check what had happened to us and not even an apology.

It was a complete irresponsible behavior from his part, not answering calls and not sticking to the travel plan that he had committed. That too while we were in an all together different country. I have some of the bills that we had paid and would need a refund. Urge others not to fall prey.
