A nice to spot to have tea and snacks. Even if you are alone you can enjoy the ambience ( natural) over here. However, if you are with friends or partners you are really gonna love this place and renounce it as a " vaa chaya kudikkaan pokaam " spot or as a hangout spot !!
Moreover, if you are a smoker, you could smoke from here (at your own risk cos' smoking in a public place is a punishable offence.) .
In addition to that, it is said that this street( Manaveeyam Veedhi) is famous for it's cultural events which I couldn't be a part of till now and I'm eagerly looking forward for it.

Right at the centre of the city. You can get tea from around 6 in the morning to around 10 in the night. Delicious snacks available. Right next to Manaveeyam veedhi. Go for a stroll with your chai and feel refreshed.

Best place to take a break in a busy day in the city. Althara is one of the place connecting different people of trivandrum together. Tea and coffee accompanied with samosa, ullivada and butter bun.
