Worst hotel in customer interaction and in the quality of dishes
Myself and my husband went there and we ordered 1 coffee and the waiter got us 2 coffee and went we informed him about this he talked like it's our fault and he took it and walked away by blabbering something and he was badmouthing about us with his colleagues. We had also ordered chicken chilly in which we got 2 haie and we informed the same to the waiter which happens to be the same one. He was like ''' really did you get it's attitude he was not even ready say an appology or neither he asked for a replacement. We right away stopped eating and paid our bill(₹166) when we returned to our seat to take the luggage he was desperate to clean the table.
We informed this to the cashier he also gave the same response.
So please no one should do a mistake of selecting this good for nothing hotel to eat.

Such a worst hotel I have ever been !!
1. I ordered 1 coffee and 2 chapathi and a Chilken chilli. The experience as follows.
He came with 2 coffee and when I said I ordered one coffee, he murmured and went and was telling to others staffs as I did something wrong.
The story of Chikken chilly is that I got a hair below the plate and I ignored it. When I got the second one inside the curry. I iniformed the waiter, he neither appologised nor take an action to change the food. I left the food as it is and paid the bill (as I ordered the item). I informed the cashier on this and I dont think he is going to do anything on this.(The waiter was in hurry to clean the table, I believe he might definitely serve it to someone else).
I request whoever go toTrivandrum bus stand (Thampanoor), please dont make a mistake of entering this Hotel. If this is the case you might be getting the same chilli chikken tomorrow.

2019-2020 March vere njn mikaporum biriyani kazichirunna oru spot arunn at that time that biriyani will be the most underrated biriyani that ever but kurachu divsam munp avide keri try chith biriyani was good but don't get the most underrated biriyani
