Staffs, nurses and doctors are very cooperative and friendly. They update lab results and all properly at right time. Pharmacist will explain the medicine usage and dose clearly. They are ready to get required medicines even though it is not available there, and will update on phone once the medicine is available.

Really good hospitality from KIMS Health Pothencode.
I was visiting KIMS with my parent last week and felt so comfortable and secure at this hospital. Really appreciating the effort by nursing staff to make my parent comfortable. Ample space for car parking is an added advantage. You could get most of the medicines from their pharmacy too.

It was nice dealing with this hospital.

I walked into the pharmacy and requested hand sanitizer. My intention was not a new bottle of sanitizer, but a few drops to rub on my hands as my kitty had earlier scratched on my forehands. The security person was willing to help, even though I was not there to purchase anything, nor was I an existing customer. He helped me with a few drops of hand sanitizer and I was happy, especially because the other pharmacy in the vicinity had earlier refused the same to me, just a couple of minutes ago.
