Dr Beena such a worst person....All are said she is best so I take my baby there...My baby had pneumonia but she also write a lot of medicines and not check the baby condition..at last we change hospital and found that baby had pneumonia worst service..
And the Nurses service is very poor.

Doctors are good enough...especially Dr.Preetha n Dr.Kenny, but staffs are not good they don't even know what is their responsibility n how to care the patients .I will not say that all staffs are like that a few staffs ,can say theirs name but I won't because my comment will be shown as publicly, so don't want that. I would like to say somethings to the hospital management.
1. Hope there is medical superintendent,

* Three months back my delivery happened there n I was stayed there for 5 days and I really sorry ????to say that nursing care given was very poor.if you could have find some time to train them its better because they don't even think that the patients are in what condition their pains. They act like they are the managers especially morning duty staff when they come for duty ask them keep silence morning they are coming to fight n blame each other with loud voice.ask them to learn what is the meaning of "Silence Please "it is not only meant to the patients n their attendees it is to the staffs too.

*Ask the medical superintendent to meet every patients in the morning n ask them if they have difficulties experiencing there.

* Ma'am, Are you checking the cleanness over there everyday, if not please go for it
2. Please keep a proper dietician who can visits the patients daily n give proper diet
3.Billing section in charge can produce correct bills to the payments made over there. Nurses are collecting some money for medication but no bills given. If you can give 1 or 2 bill pad to the nursing counter n ask them to give bills for each payment which they are collecting.
4. I would like to request the management please there is a lot of mosquitoes do something for that mosquitoe net attached to the windows are broken ???? change it kindly.

It was good earlier because from childhood I m visiting the same hospital but now not
