Palakkad Town (Palghat)

Palakkad town railway station is the centre of the Palakkad City. This place is very neat and clean. Indian railway department is maintaining this place properly. There is enough parking space for both two wheelers and four wheeler's. In front of the railway station there is four ATM Counter which is really useful. In the platform sitting space for passengers is very less.....if this place is crowded you need to stand and wait for your train ???? That's quite disappointing.

The women at the ticket counter was rude. When we asked when the train will come, she said that you will know when the train comes. She said that in kind of a rude way. We just asked for information . People should behave kindly. Anyway journey was good. (Pkd to pazhani)

There is only 1 Stall for multi-purpose Ned
From back side very scary Deserted area
From there side not safe for girls
1 very sailent peaceful railway station (1 ,2,1A)
2. There are 4 ATM SBI UNION CANERA AND INDIAN BANK
3. Toilet available but Licked
4. Reservai center also available
5.Cool Drinking water available
6. Under improvement
Over all Avarge
7. From here KSRTC 1km only No need auto
