Terrible Dining Experience.

If you're looking for a restaurant near the railway station, the Hotel Wide Range may seem like an appealing option. However, if you're hoping for good food, you may want to look elsewhere. On a recent visit, I ordered a masala dosa and was disappointed to find it was the worst masala dosa I had ever tasted. The overall service was average, and despite the restaurant being close to empty, it took over half an hour to receive my order. Additionally, the cleanliness of the restaurant was only average.

The Hotel Wide Range does offer parking space for 3 to 4 vehicles, which could be a plus for some visitors. However, the only real advantage of this hotel is its proximity to the Palakkad railway station. Unless you absolutely need to be close to the station, I would not recommend this hotel. While the wide range restaurant may seem appealing, the quality of the food and service is simply not worth it.

In summary, if you're looking for a restaurant near the railway station, the Hotel Wide Range may catch your eye. However, my recent experience there was not a positive one. The food was the worst I've ever tasted, the service was average, and the cleanliness of the restaurant was only average. The only real advantage of this hotel is its proximity to the railway station, but unless you need to be close by, I would not recommend it.

We had chicken biriyani and beef fry from here. Food was below average and overpriced. Chicken was not cooked. But then beef fry was not bad. Overall I would not recommend to go here.

Just opposite to palakkad junction railway station. Very easy access. Food taste is below average. Quality also average.
