I had a disappointing experience with MyG Malappuram recently. I contacted them through whatsapp regarding the Samsung S20FE, and they quoted a price of 28999. However, when I visited their branch in person, they surprisingly raised the price to 38999. What's even more frustrating is that they never mentioned any ongoing offers, but they now claim the offer has expired.

This kind of bait-and-switch tactic feels like they are deliberately trying to cheat customers. It's disappointing to see a company resorting to such practices to make a quick buck. As a customer, I value transparency and honesty, and this experience has left me feeling misled and taken advantage of.

I hope that MyG Malappuram takes customer satisfaction seriously and addresses these issues to regain trust among its customers. I would caution others to be cautious when dealing with them and to ensure that all terms and conditions are clearly communicated before making any purchase. Transparency and ethical business practices should be a top priority for any reputable company.

Worst mobile service I have experienced. Cheated me by putting the wrong sized display on my phone. Low quality products being sold with high prices in the name of service.

Malappuram MyG showroom at Kottapadi was Good ..but other mYG not good for customer Relationship..and sell low quality product.
